Back sets were killer! Maybe should have gone 80kg rather than %.

Getting quite fatigued here.
All felt ok though.
Summary
Long morning. Just over 2 hours.
Hand an energy drink to sip at for the first hour then chugged a couple portion protein shake immediately after.
Feeling tired but glad I got the work done.
