No problems here.

Push Press 3×5 @ 55

Warmups feeling solid here.
Resting 2 minutes.
Rack position feels off. Feels weird when transitioning from open hand rack position to closed grip lockout.
Wraps?
Used wraps on set 1 when I initially felt some oddness!
No wraps on set 2 just hurt my wrists.
Set 3 used wraps and didn’t use full rack position to start. Got a full set here.

Summary

All good but very wet!
