Resting 3 minutes.
Went light on the top set today. Still feeling residual aches all over.
Legs feeling tired.
Upper back and arms stiff, felt tough getting under the bar.
Deadlift 5×1 @ 122.5
Resting 30 seconds.
Right glute/lower back feeling super tight on these.
Dropped to 100kg after Set 5 for the remaining sets to at least get some work done.
Still feeling tight but not near as uncomfortable as before.
Rest period remained at 30 seconds.
Summary
Later start than usual waiting for a break in the rain.
Feeling fatigued and stiff all over.
Might need to go full BBQ ribs tonight to fix it!
