Set 1 a little bouncy off the chest.
All sets felt equal despite the gradual reduction in weight.
Z Press 1×5 @ 47 (descending)
Resting 3 minutes.
All good.
Row 1×5 @ 90 (descending)
Second warmup rep @ 60kg lower back tightened up again.
Skipped all rows after that.
Push Press
Resting 2 minutes.
Set 3 Rep 5 a little sticky. All good otherwise.
Summary
Pushing all good.
Pulling not so great. Same tightness as in deadlifts earlier in the week. Was fine up until taking the slack out the bar ready to pull.
