Warmups all good. Rested 3 minutes.
Top set moved nice and smooth but forgot to pause on the way up.
Back sets ok. Pause is a killer!
Squat 10×2 @ 100
Warmups all good. Rested 90 seconds.
Left hip being a little odd!
No issues with the movements.
Power Clean 5×3 @ 40
Drilled the catch a fair bit before putting any plates on.
Didn’t feel too bad on a couple of reps.
Summary
Decent morning.
Left hip feels like it needs to click like a stiff knuckle or something. May have slept funny.
