Warmups ok. Feeling heavy on the last warmup rep. Rested 3 minutes.

Top set failed on rep 2.
Un-rack felt solid.
Felt strong enough but balance shifted and couldn’t compensate.

Back set ok.
Rocked forward on rep 2 again but held.
Rep 3 felt way better.

Deadlift 3×5 @ 142

Warmups all good. Rested 3 minutes.

Failed Set 1 Rep 2. Almost failed on rep 1.
Setup felt fine but seemed like there was nothing in the legs for the working set.
Failed Set 2 Rep 1.
Legs feeling the same.

Chins BW 12 Minute AMRAP

13 total. Feeling better on these.

Skipped the run to avoid annoying myself any further!

Summary

Legs not having it today.
Not feeling fatigued overall.
Maybe didn’t eat enough although I ate what I normally would have.
Motivation started at a 5 then dropped to a 1 as soon as I missed the Deadlifts!
Chinups seemed to be the redeeming lift of the day!

Last set ok but still feeling the knot so rushed a bit.

Really feeling the knot on the chins.
Dropped to singles for chins on set 3.

Fairly good this morning.
Nice big knot in the left trap/lat somewhere that I couldn’t roll out during the session.
