Top set failed on rep 2.
Un-rack felt solid.
Felt strong enough but balance shifted and couldn’t compensate.
Back set ok.
Rocked forward on rep 2 again but held.
Rep 3 felt way better.

Setup felt fine but seemed like there was nothing in the legs for the working set.

Legs not having it today.
Not feeling fatigued overall.
Maybe didn’t eat enough although I ate what I normally would have.
Motivation started at a 5 then dropped to a 1 as soon as I missed the Deadlifts!
Chinups seemed to be the redeeming lift of the day!
Knot appeared in the left trap/lat on set 4.
Last set ok but still feeling the knot so rushed a bit.
