Block Pull 1×1 @ 170

Resting 3 minutes.
Low back a little sore on the warmups.
Top set was a toughen getting past the knees.
Back set 2 low back getting super tight giving me about a 6/7 of discomfort. Reset and managed 2 reps but lower back didn’t seem too happy about it.

Squat 10×2 @ 112.5

Warmups not feeling great.
Resting 30 seconds.
Managed 1 rep… Back has had enough for the day!

Summary

Not great this morning. Not sure if its the frost.
Lower back at around the L3 – L5 area feeling super tight at the bottom of both Deadlift and Squat. Image attached.
Lockout of block pull this morning felt ok when glutes were fully activated.
Could be my anterior pelvic tilt being an issue again.
