3kg PR went flying up pretty smooth.
Back sets all good. Set 3 Rep 5 leaned back a little.

Bench 8×3 @ 62.5

Resting 30 seconds.
All good here.

Summary

Back is super stiff this morning.
Surprisingly didn’t affect todays lifts at all but was being very cautious.
Sitting/standing and picking things up are currently difficult.
