Resting 2 minutes.
Top set was uncomfortable at the bottom of the squat. Felt a bit of a ‘clunk’ in the lower back at around 85% down.
Back sets felt better but still not great.
Deadlift 12×1 @ 117.5
Back got super tight on second warmup set @ 100kg so binned it there.
Summary
No the best morning.
Squats felt ok.
Deadlifts didn’t get far beyond a 60kg warmup.
