Resting 2 minutes.
Back feeling stiff most of yesterday and this morning so going light.
Top set moved ok but didn’t feel good.
Leaving it after a single set of 3 on the back set.
Squat 10×2 @ 104
Resting 30 seconds.
Again calling it early here. Only 6 sets.
Felt way more comfortable than deadlifts but increasingly painful at the bottom of the movement as the sets went on.

Don’t think the upper back is coming up too far.
Summary
Not great this morning. Bailed on both main lifts early.
Will be looking for some sports massage places to see if I can get the back rehabbed any quicker.
