Resting 2 minutes.
Not sure on height…
Top set felt pretty good.
Back sets a little tougher.
Strict Press 3×5 @ 50
Resting 2 minutes on first 2 sets and 3 minutes before the last set.
Felt like I’m almost on the limit of capabilities here so had the extra minute rest.
Will increase overall rest not time here I think.
Push Press 10×2 EMOM @ 52

Delts feeling it today!
Back not too bad this morning but suffered a fair bit most of yesterday afternoon. Think I need to remain cautious on Deadlifts for the time being.
