Resting 2 minutes.
Slow and solid here.
Back not too bad so far.
Deadlift 12×1 @ 125
Resting 30 seconds.
2/3 on back discomfort on the later reps.
Couple of mid set reps felt really smooth.
Sit Ups 3×12 @ BW
Resting 60 seconds.
Seemed to be ok here.
Hollow holds definitely more unpleasant to do.
Summary
All good this morning.
Back aching a little after Deadlifts but Sit Ups seemed to fix that.
