Resting 2 minutes.
No problems here.
Back feeling ok.
Deadlift 12×1 @ 110
Resting 30 seconds.
Not too bad.
Couple of reps felt nice and solid with no back discomfort.
Trying to be very deliberate with everything on these.
Sit Ups 3×12 @ BW
Resting 60 seconds.
Seemed ok.
Not sure if they’re working me as hard as Hollow holds.
Summary
Back feeling ok so far today.
Squats felt pretty good.
Deadlifts still a little tight/sore but not as bad as recently.
