Top set felt ok but lagged a little on the left side.
Back sets ok on a mixed rep range.
Strict Press 3×5 @ 51
Resting 2 minutes.
Failed set 2 rep 5, rested 3 minutes.
Failed are rep on final set also.
Push Press 8×2 EMOM @ 54
All good here but the shoulders definitely getting tired towards the end.
Summary
Good one today.
Couple of fails after a bench PR but I think tech may be the culprit there.
