Resting 2 minutes.
Usually feel sumo more in my lower back so being cautious and deliberate again here.
Top set actually felt pretty ok so didn’t strip as much for the back sets.
Back sets all felt ok with little discomfort.
Squat 10×2 @ 100
Resting 30 seconds.
All good here.
No back issues.
Hollow Body Holds 3xAMRPA @ BW
Resting 90 seconds.
I did them…. They remain horrible!
Summary
Playing it cautious on Sumo.
Squats feeling pretty good.
