Tempo Squat 5×3 @ 40

Resting 90 seconds.
Nice and steady.
Went at 40kg as last sessions residual soreness lingered a bit longer than I’d like. Didn’t want to aggravate anything further.
All felt pretty solid here today though.

Sumo Deadlift 3×5 @ 50

Resting 90 seconds.
Feeling much less tight in the hips here.
Feel like I’m able to go heavier on these compared to conventional.
All good.

Feeling very little discomfort today from the lifts.
