All smooth and solid here.
No problems.
Sumo Deadlift 1×5 @ 110
Resting 2 minutes.
All moved ok.
Definitely feeling some residual tightness today after the final set.
Predominantly in the left piriformis.
Will spend some time stretching it out a see what happens.
Summary
Mostly ok.
Might need to get back on the glute stretches a bit more.
