Top set all good.
Back set all good. Maybe a little off on RPE.

Axle Press 3×5 @ 50

Resting 2 minutes.
First 2 sets felt ok.
Last set all over the place. Knee bend on the launch, bar going out front on a rep then tricep fatigue! Fun times!

Banded Crunch 2xAMRAP @ 34

Resting 2 minutes.
All ok. Trying to concentrate on both concentric and eccentric movement.
