Resting 3 minutes.
Top set felt awful, not sure why. Probably need to have a word with myself!
Warmups weren’t too bad.
Back sets felt better towards the last few reps.
Deadlift 3×5 @ 110
Resting 3 minutes.
Feeling way better than squats this morning.
Definitely an improvement over last weeks also.
Summary
Odd one today. Feeling inconsistent to start but gradually improving.
