Top set got 1 rep before everything fell apart!
Back sets all good.
Bench 2×3 @ 92.5
Resting 3 minutes.
Tricep fatiguing on set 2 but back sets felt better.
Hanging Knee Raise 2xAMRAP @ BW
Resting 2 minutes.
Tried with straps. Felt ok but didn’t notice much difference in grip.
Summary
All good after push press. Not sure what went on there!
