Resting 2 minutes.
All good.
Feeling a little tight in the left glute.
Hollow Holds
Resting 90 seconds.
All ok here. Feeling progressively more difficult.
Tyre Flip 5 minute AMRAP
24 Flips.
Trying different techniques.
Heels down/heels up/high hips etc.
A little slippy under foot on a couple but felt ok overall.
Stretches
Hip Flexors – Feeling better today.
Might need to get a thicker pad for my knees!
Toe Touch – Did 2 rounds.
Back of the knees feeling the most stretch. Not a massive fan of how that feels but the whole chain feels better after.
Summary
No major problems today.
