All good here.
Hamstrings tight this morning but managed to loosen up a bit before getting started.

Block Pull 1 x 3 @ 145

Resting 3 minutes.
Felt solid here… almost easy!

Summary

Hamstrings feeling tight this morning.
Stretched out and did a few bits from Mitch which seemed to loosen things up a bit.
Still noticing tightness during block pull setup but all felt good and solid.
