Starting to feel heavy but these all felt like they moved pretty well.

No knots in the trap today.

From previous:
I don’t think that squat would have gone anywhere if we didn’t decrease the load on Monday.
Was still feeling the effects of them on Tuesday morning.

I’m happy to switch up a bit on both upper and lower lifts if you think it’ll be beneficial.
