Lunges feeling good today.
Much better stretch on the Good Mornings with the extra 10kg hanging.

All felt pretty good here. Top set moved quicker than I thought it was going to.
Pleasantly surprised!

Circuit 3-5×3

Only 2 rounds here. Started feeling off towards the end.

Summary

Not bad for a first session back after 10 days off.

Extra 10kg on the good mornings gave a better stretch at the bottom of the movement.

A little soreness in the Adductors again but much less than last time.

Resting 2 minutes.
5 reps on the top set. Felt a little slow.
6 on the back set felt better.

Resting 2 minutes.

Hamstrings tight this morning but managed to loosen up a bit before getting started.

Felt solid here… almost easy!

Summary

Hamstrings feeling tight this morning.
Stretched out and did a few bits from Mitch which seemed to loosen things up a bit.
Still noticing tightness during block pull setup but all felt good and solid.
