Top set felt really good once it got moving.
Had to remind myself to pull for longer to get it moving.
Back set all good but grip was beginning to go so will continue to use straps next time.
Summary
No major issues today. Doubling up on today and Monday so skipped pushups and the circuit.
Also aded a block out weekend coming up where I’m not working but will be in London for various events. Not sure on gym facilities for the Friday and Saturday but will definitely be lifting on the Sunday as its a strongman seminar.
