Feels like theres no power in the arms today.

Summary

Skipped pushups as I didn’t think id get many in.
Everything feeling heavy today.
Arms don’t seem to want to work!

All ok here.
Lunges felt deeper and more stable with left leg forwards.
Holding the stretch on the last few good morning reps.

Pause Squat 1 x 3 @ 102.5

Resting 2 minutes.
All good.
Adductor tightness creeping in on later sets.

Summary

No problems today.
A little tightness in the adductor but nothing I havn’t had before.

Resting 2 minutes.
70 on the top set seemed like a big jump. Only 4kg off my Push Press PR.
Got it loaded and felt ok in the rack position but wasn’t going to go up.
Had a second attempt at it but felt the same.
8 reps on the back set.

Axle Bench 3 x AMRAP @ 67.5

Resting 3 minutes.
3×10 all good.
Trying not to pause at the top of the rep too long.

Pushups 1×32 @ BW AFAP

All done in 4 minutes.
Felt ok.

Summary

Not bad today.
Failed on press.
All else ok.

All felt good.

Resting 2 minutes.
8/8/5.
Only 5 on the last set.
Felt a weird pop in the side of my neck so left it there.
Seems to have been nothing as its ok now.

Warmup @ BW

Bow & Arrow Dynamic Stretch 2×10

Seated Good Morning 1×15

No problems here.
Again, stretching done afterwards and not recorded.

Block Pull 1 x 3 @ 142.5

Resting 3 minutes.
Top set felt really good once it got moving.
Had to remind myself to pull for longer to get it moving.
Back set all good but grip was beginning to go so will continue to use straps next time.

Summary

No major issues today. Doubling up on today and Monday so skipped pushups and the circuit.

Also aded a block out weekend coming up where I’m not working but will be in London for various events. Not sure on gym facilities for the Friday and Saturday but will definitely be lifting on the Sunday as its a strongman seminar.

Warm Ups 20×5, 60×3, 80×3.
100kg on the top set.
Felt good and solid.
Feeling more balanced today.

Circuit 3 x 1 60sec on 90 secs rest.

3 rounds total without tyre flips.
Already too warm out!

Summary

All good today.
Very warm out already so everything feels like it takes a lot of energy.
