Lunges felt deeper and more stable with left leg forwards.
Holding the stretch on the last few good morning reps.
Pause Squat 1 x 3 @ 102.5
Resting 2 minutes.
All good.
Adductor tightness creeping in on later sets.
Summary
No problems today.
A little tightness in the adductor but nothing I havn’t had before.
