Resting 3 minutes.
Top set felt solid but real heavy.
Back sets 2×4 @ 120 all ok.
Exercise Sets x Reps @ Weight
Keg Press – 9/6/7 @ 40
Barbell Row – 16/12/12 @ 50
Husafell – 1 @ 100 / 2 @ 60
What a wonderful thing to have someone do!
Switched out sandbags after set 1.
Will keep trying with the Husafell but might have to put it on the front end of a circuit.
Summary
Pretty good this morning.
All feeling pretty solid and stable.
