Tight in the adductors again during the lateral lunges but feels much better afterwards.

Bench 1 x 3 @ 90

Resting 3 minutes.
Nice a solid top set here.
2×8 @ 75 on the back set.

Circuit 3 Laps

Resting 90 seconds.
Fun as always!

A little longer than usual but thats down to yesterdays circuit.
