All moving ok today.
Took some extra warm ups due to some pretty deep DOMS over the last couple of days in the triceps and lats.
Push Ups 3 x 10 @ BW
Resting 1 minute.
Felt ok here. Maybe losing form towards the end of each set.
Trying to focus on the abs today.
Barbell Curls 3 x 10 @ 20
Resting 1 minute.
Using the axle for variety.
Last set not as strict due to fatigue.
All feeling pretty good though.
Summary
Good start today.
Everything moving as expected.
