Set 1 ok. Getting some discomfort in the right shoulder.
Other sets all ok. Discomfort persists.

Circuit 3 x 60s

Resting 90 second(s).
Barely managed 1 circuit.
Shoulder ok moving the log and axle.
I think the Axle cleans are cooking my lower back before I get the chance to mover the sandbag even at 60kg. 
Will look at alternates here.

Summary

Weird shoulder issue… will monitor over the next few days.

All the rest moving nice and smoothly.

Husafel Circuit 3 x 60s AMRAP

Log @ 40kg
Axle Clean @ 40kg
Husafel Carry @ 100/80/60kg
Log and Axle moving nicely.
Failing at picking on the heavier bags so dropping weight each round until I can move it somewhere.
Posterior chain pretty much cooked by this point on set 1.
Managed a single run with the 60kg bag but even that was a fight.

Summary

Some more delightful cardio.
PR Equaller on block pull felt easy though.

Set 2 felt more difficult.
Last rep of set 3 RPE9.9.

Atlas Circuit 3 x 60s AMRAP

Resting 90 second(s).
Keg Press @ 40kg
Sandbag Run @ 60kg
Sandbag over bar @ 80kg
Only 3 rounds.
Will work up from here as a baseline.
Sandbags waterlogged so probably heavier than when I originally loaded them.

Set 2 more solid.
Set 3 felt best of the three.
No issues in the legs this morning.

Truly delightful… 100 reps is 100 reps though!
