First set ok.
Second set felt great.
Last set a few reps felt a bit off.
Didn’t crash the uprights when re-racking.

Press 5 x 3 @ 44

More manageable than 3×5.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 115

Last rep felt good in the legs.
Back feels ok but still achey.
