Set 1 first rep dropped a little quick.
Slowed the descent for the last 2.
Last rep of set 4 getting difficult.
Last set felt the elbows go out on rep 2 which made rep 3 harder.

Press 7 x 3 @ 48

Getting difficult after set 3.
Not too bad overall.

Decent morning. Arms feeling tired but no pain.
