Squat 1 x 1 @ 160
Resting 3 minutes.
Top set was not an RPE8!
Back sets were 5 and 3 @ 130.
Not feeling too bad overall.
Circuit 3 Laps
Resting 90 Seconds.
Keg Press – 40 – 11/9
Barbell Row – 40 – 15/12
Sandbag – 60 – 4/
Stopped mid way through lap 2 as I was feeling increasing tension in the lower back.
Cardio still felt ok for another lap.
Summary
Not too bad today.
Late start again and only two thirds of a circuit.
