Squat 1×5 @ 120

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set ok.
On the toes on rep 4 but think I fixed to on rep 5.
Felt heavy so RPE probably a bit off.
Back sets all good.

Sumo 1×5 @ 120

Resting 2 minutes.
All felt good here.

Summary

Following squat top set I did notice more strain in the inner thigh (Gracilis/Adductor) than usual but will probably put that down to the week off.
