Squat 1×1 @ 120

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set all good.
Back sets felt ok but stiff in the lower back throughout.

Deadlift 12×1 @ 80

Resting 90 seconds.
Back started complaining a little more on the second warmup set so left the weight there and did the working sets at that weight.
Work sets didn’t feel too bad considering. All sets felt about the same level of discomfort/tightness in the back.

Sit Ups 3xAMRAP

Resting 2 minutes.
Set 1 uploaded for comedy…
Got the keg out t keep my feet in place.
3×5 in the end.

Summary

All ok. Back still stiff but got some work done.
