Tight back still so going super light.
All set ok but sore in the lumbar area at the bottom of the movement.
Squat 10×2 @ 112.5
Resting 30 seconds.
Back felt ok here.
Still feeling tightness/soreness at the bottom again but all moved ok.

Resting 90 seconds.

Not sure tech is correct. I’m guessing spine should be flat on the floor?
Summary
All moved ok but went really light once I felt my back starting to complain.
