Squat (LB) 1×1 @ 150

Warmups all good. Rested 3 minutes.

Top set all good.
Back sets feeling nice and solid too.
A rep or two on the toes but managed to correct.
Shoulders need to get used to low bar again… may be a bit torn up on the left side.

Sumo 10×1 @ 125

Warmups ok. Feeling the hip again.
Felt fine yesterday and during squats. Discomfort slowly came on during sumo warmups.
Pulled the first single for the set then called it before it got any worse.

Power Clean (Hang) 5×3 @ 42

Warmups ok here. Drilled the catch with just the bar a fair bit.
Thing I’m slowly getting used to the top bit.
Still work to do though.

Summary

Mixed bag this morning.
Squats feeling solid.
Noticed last weeks hip issue returning during the Sumo warmup.
Cleans feeling like they’re coming on.
