Resting 3 minutes.
Top set was a slow one but moved smoothly.
3×3 on the back set.
All felt pretty good.
Squat 10×2 @ 100
Resting 90 seconds.
All good here.
Left shoulder feeling a little raw. Still getting used to low bar again.
Power Clean 5×3 @ 42
No issues here.
Still not quite getting the catch with open fingers at working weights but its feeling better in the warmups.
Summary
All lifts feeling fairly solid.
No problems overall.
