Strict Press 4×5 @50

Warmups all good. Resting 2 minutes.
Last set rep 2 was way off balance.
Final rep slower.
Not feeling too bad overall.

Circuit 5×1 – 10 Keg DLs, 30s Step Ups, 5 Tyre Sq, 5 Push Press

5 laps with 2 minutes rest between sets.
Only issue was a little lower back soreness after the tyre squats.

No major issues.
Lower back feeling fine after packing up.
