Resting 3 minutes.
Top set slow and steady.
Felt slower above the knees again.
3×3 on the back set felt ok.
Squat 10×2 @ 112.5
Resting 30 seconds.
Left shoulder again. Also the right wrist giving me grief this morning. May be twisting/compensating in some way.
Legs felt fine with it, all moving pretty smooth.
Summary
Decent start. Not sure what’s going on with squats.
Skipped cleans to get to work.
