Deceptively difficult on set 1.
Set 2 felt better one I knew what to expect.
Set 3 bets of the lot.

Press 5 x 5 @ 52

Resting 2 minutes.
Last set feeling good and solid still.
Slowing a little on last reps.

Summary

No issues today.
Axle Block Pull was an interesting one.

Felt like these were heavier then 120.
S3 started on the toes but think i managed to correct.

Bench 4 x 5 @ 87.5

Resting 3 minutes.
Feeling heavy again here.
Last set was tougher. Don’t think I’d have managed 5×5.

Summary

Doubling up today.
Final physio appointment was yesterday and hit me pretty hard.
Still not 100% so skipped accessories and Yoke to focus on the main lifts.

Top set moved nicely.
Back set felt light.
Almost too easy here today.

No issues here.

Set 1 felt ok.
Set 2 Rep 5 was way on the toes.
Set 3 felt better.

Axle Continental Clean and Press 8 x 2 @ 55

Resting 2 minutes.
Failing a couple of reps (S3R1, S4R2, S5R1).
Think my rhythm may have been off on transitioning from the belly to the rack position.
All the rest actually felt ok.

Summary

Good stuff today.
A little on the toes in the squat but think i managed to fix it for the last set.
Axle feeling good.
