Resting until recovered.
10/8.
Forgot it was strict on set 1 and switched to push press after 5 reps.
Tried to squeeze a rest in set 2 but time ran out.

Sandbag Over Bar 60s/50s AMRAP @ 60

7 rounds total before time ran out.
All good, just wet.

Summary

Gave myself the morning off so this is a post lunch session.
No issues overall. Nice and damp after sandbag over bar in the rain.

Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 135

Resting3 minutes.
Set 1 slow and steady but struggling to get a full breath at the bottom.
Set 2 breathing at the top to see if its any better.

Breath at the top felt bigger but felt like it may have compromised setting my back on the following rep.

Bench 5 x 5 @ 85

Resting 3 minutes.
Set 5 rep 5 clanged on the safety so had to fight it back up.
If not for that then all of these would have been nice and smooth.

Summary

All good this morning.
Cold and bright.
Some experimentation with breathing on deadlift.

All good here.
Starting to feel heavy but these all felt like they moved pretty well.

All good this morning.
No knots in the trap today.

From previous:
I don’t think that squat would have gone anywhere if we didn’t decrease the load on Monday.
Was still feeling the effects of them on Tuesday morning.

I’m happy to switch up a bit on both upper and lower lifts if you think it’ll be beneficial.

Shoulders and traps definitely feeling it today.

Sandbag Over Shoulder 10 Minutes – 60s/50s @ 60

5 laps total. Don’t know how many reps.
Feeling a knot in the right trap after set 4 but carried on.

All good today for an afternoon session.

All ok.
Belt felt odd on set 3 so reset after 2 reps.
Still not feeling right after reset but was better.

Press 5 x 5 @ 50

Resting 2 minutes.
Feeling good and smooth here.

Some belt troubles but it probably shifted a bit.
