Resting 5 minutes.
Warmups feeling heavy.
Set 1 felt heavy on the back but then moved super quick.
Set 2 felt ok.
Set 3 was a setup disaster. Had to re-rack twice before what felt like a bunch of sketchy reps.

Axle Clean and Press 5 x 3 @ 54

Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 all felt pretty tough.
The following sets felt way better.

Summary

All good today with the exception of some squat re-racks.

Resting until recovered. At least 5 minutes.

Feeling a little heavy on the clean but all moved ok once overhead.

Exercise Sets x Reps @ Weight

All good in the end.
Did a good number of reps that I didn’t make a note of!

Summary

Not feeling it this morning so waited till after lunch.
Still not 100% feeling it today but glad I got the work done.

Set 1 Rep 1 was slow but all the rest were quicker.
Same story on set 2.
All felt pretty good.

Bench 4 x 5 @ 85

Resting 3 minutes.
All good here.
Last set felt a little loose.

Physio prescribes circuit to warm up.
No issues today.

No problems here.
All felt pretty smooth. Going with hook grip.

Log Clean and Press 5 x 3 @ 56

Resting 2 minutes.
These felt great.
Felt like I got a good rhythm going.
All sets reps 2 and 3 felt better. Think i needed a bigger breath to start.

Everything moving nicely.

10/9 and a bit!
Last rep failed on the right side. Ran out of gas and it wouldn’t go up!

Yoke into Chin Ups 10 Minute AMRAP @ 100

100kg on the yoke, Bodyweight at 104kg.
Managed 6 minutes before gassing.
Chins weren’t all that great.
Using the band across the rack as suggested.
Should have gone lighter on the yoke.

Summary

Mix bag today.
Press felt pretty good.
Yoke ints Chins in the drizzle not so much.
