Set 2 Rep 2 slowed to a grind.
Set 3 feeling way better. Still slower on rep 2 but less sticky.

Trying to be stricter on the curls.
Last few reps not strict in the slightest.

All good this morning.
Had a typo on the initial bench session which put it at 170kg or around 160% of my 1RM… would have been interesting!

All ok here. Dropped weight from the farmers carry to get more time under load rather than stop start.
