Trying to get more legs involved in the initial pick off the floor.

No problems.
Just way too hot!

Yoke/Chins 10 minute AMRAP @ 70/BW

Managed 07:30 before the heat got too much.
8 laps total.

Summary

Reasonably ok today.
Missed the cool weather window this morning and had to work in the heat so not 100% here.

A little tight in the hips during warmups but soon loosened up.

No problems here.
