Keg Clean 5 minute AMRAP @ 40

Weight movement is weird here due to the way the keg is loaded.
Managed 5 full(ish) reps then my lower back/upper glute/piriformis started giving me the good news.
Im not overly concerned about it just yet but will stretch out a little extra today.

Stripped the load to 140 and did a back set of 3 to get some work in.

No problems here.

All good after deadlifts. Think the bar may have been out front after the first reps.

Got 6 on the top set. Felt like I could have done more but took a breath at the bottom of the rep and lost all tightness and stability.

Trying to keep rigid through the back but still loose in the middle.
