Summary

Not bad this morning. Feeling it in the arms during chins. Looks like we’re back in full lockdown too so I’m back to optimal training circumstances for the foreseeable future.

Not completely sure I hit depth on Rep 3.

Set 1 feeling solid but heavy towards the last rep.
Set 2 didn’t feel 100% recovered from the first set going in. Last 2 reps felt a lot tougher.

No real issues this morning. Everything feeling heavy but moving slowly and steadily!

Backset initially loaded incorrectly. Reset and started again.
All went up but bar rolling a bit on set 1.
Set 2 all good.

Set 1 feeling slow and heavy.
Sets 2 and 3 pretty much the same.
Last set feeling fatigued but moved pretty well.

Summary

Mixed start this morning. Failure on deadlift. Not sure what caused it. Maybe just needed to push harder. Squat warmups feeling ok today so went with 4×5 which moved well enough.
