Last set felt like I was leaning too far forwards.
Doesn’t feel like I’m pushing off my toes on the way up.

Bench 3 x 5 @ 65

Feeling this in the middle chest.
Right forearm feels off but may be how the bar was in my hand.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 117.5

Right hand grip going on rep 3.
Fatigue in the legs on the last rep.

Summary

All ok today.
Feel like squat form isn’t great as the weights go up.
Possible deadlift PR next session.

First set ok.
Second set felt great.
Last set a few reps felt a bit off.
Didn’t crash the uprights when re-racking.

Press 5 x 3 @ 44

More manageable than 3×5.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 115

Last rep felt good in the legs.
Back feels ok but still achey.

Summary

All good for me this morning.

Warmups good.
Feel like form is good on the warmups but is breaking down during the work sets.

Bench 3 x 5 @ 62.5

All ok here.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 112.5

Back sore again.
Pretty sure form was off a bit on reps 3 and 4.

Summary

Not too happy with squat or deadlift today but bench felt a lot better.

Warmups good today.
Belt pinching slightly but settled in on second rep.
All felt good after that.

Press 3 x 5 @ 43.5

First set was tough.
Felt unstable at the top while breathing.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 110

Feeling good and strong today.
No dizziness.

Summary

Squat and Press have felt better.
Deadlift felt easy.

Squat 3 x 5 @ 97.5

First work set felt heavy.
Concentrating on head up and slow descent.
Sat in the hole for too long on rep 4.
Felt shoulders loosen so attempted to correct.

Bench 3 x 5 @ 60

Feel like leg drive is starting to make sense.
Definitely felt this more in the chest than the arms.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 107.5

Light headed on last warmup set.
Felt good overall.
Last rep was more of a struggle but ok apart from that.
Feeling it in the hamstrings on the last rep.

Summary

Felt good today.
Lower back seems fine.
