Slowing significantly on last reps of set 2. Extra rest.
Set 3 feeling similar to set 2.

Tricep not as bothered here, I think due to the push press rather than strict.

All good today with a little tricep discomfort to start. Seems to have fixed itself now though will continue to monitor.

Last set was a killer on the forearms more than the biceps.

Solid and stable from what I could feel.
Warmups felt heavier than the working set.

Should have kept the hat on for the second half to prevent the cold ears!

Only 7 and a half reps on set 2.
Felt a lot of lean back.
Same 7 and a half reps on set 3.
Focussed on less lean this set.

Log 3 x 5 @ 60

Resting 2 minute(s).
Balance off on Set 2 meant only 4 reps.
Set 3 feeling much better.
Forgot the belt on these too.

Summary

Couple of misses this morning.
-5 feeling like -9 this morning with snow on the ground.
Had to use gloves on the log to stop from sticking to the grips.
