No problems here.

All good after deadlifts. Think the bar may have been out front after the first reps.

Got 6 on the top set. Felt like I could have done more but took a breath at the bottom of the rep and lost all tightness and stability.

Fatigue hitting quick here after the first set.

Trying to keep rigid through the back but still loose in the middle.

No problems this morning.
Feel like I could have done more on the log.
Super fatigued by the time push ups came along.

Managed all reps but had to fight a couple of them.
Certainly way off balance on reps 2 and 5.

All good here. Moving fine.

All good.
Struggled to find a good grip point on R13.

Summary

No major problems.
A little tight in the adductors after squats but that loosened up after the deadlift warmups.

Felt ok. Balance off a bit but trying to correct as it happens.
Last rep was a very soft lockout that I wouldn’t have given a down signal!
Right side fatiguing quicker than the left.

Negative Chins 2:30 AMRAP

Ok here. Fatiguing quickly again.
No major issues.
